April 14th, 2024 JCM Letter to Parents

Dear JCM Parents,
The weather is getting a lot warmer now, and here at JCM, we continue from the story of Easter to what happens after that: the days Jesus spent on Earth after His revival! We offer our prayers for all our JCM families, and may you feel God’s presence with you and your loved ones!

Here is what you need to know for tomorrow, and please note the corrections for this month! (total: 5 points)~

1. Bookmark the Bible!
Parents and guardians, we ask you to help get the children to look up and bookmark the bible passage before the JCM Sunday service begins! This Sunday’s lesson will be reading the following verse: John 21:1-19.

2. JCM Schedule for April
April 7th - Newcomer Interview
April 14th - JCM Parent-Teacher Meeting, Last day for Art Contest submissions

3. All-Generational Service Date - IMPORTANT!!
The All-Generational Service is not on April 28th, as previously assumed, but on May 26th, so JCM will be operating as usual on April 28th! Apologies for the confusion!

4. JCM Parent-Teacher Meeting
Do you have any questions about JCM? See what it will do this year? Want to know what the church can do to help your children stand firm in Christ? We will be having a parent-teaching meeting on April 14th, 1:30 pm to 2:30 to address those needs! Please fill out the form below if you are planning to attend!

5. SaRang Church's Sunday School Art Contest for 2024
This Sunday is the deadline for submissions to the SaRang Church Art Contest! Here is a reminder of the art themes one last time!
1. SaRang Church united in the 2033-50 Vision (50% Christians in Korea by 2033)!
2. A little Deacon(ness) that loves the church
3. My Family as members of the 7000 Prayer Warriors

날씨가 많이 따뜻해진 지금, JCM에서는 부활절 이야기에서 그 이후에 일어난 일, 즉 예수님께서 부활하신 후 이 땅에서 보낸 날들에 대한 이야기를 이어갑니다! 저희가 모든 JCM 가족을 위해 기도하며, 여러분과 여러분의 사랑하는 사람들과 함께하시는 하나님의 임재를 느끼시길 바랍니다!

1. 주일말씀 미리 찾기
부모님과 보호자 여러분, JCM 주일 예배가 시작되기 전에 아이들이 성경 구절을 찾아 북마크할 수 있도록 많은 도움을 부탁드립니다! 이번 주일의 말씀은 <요한복21:1-19> 입니다!

2. 4월 JCM 일정
7일 - Newcomer 인터뷰
14일 - JCM 학부모-교사 간담회, 미술대회 제출 마감일

3. 온세대연합주일 날짜 관련 - 중요!!
온세대연합주일 서비스4월 28일이 아닌 5월 26일이며, 그 날짜를 맞추어서 4월 28일에는 정상적으로 운영됩니다! 혼란을 드려 죄송합니다!

4. JCM 학부모 교사 간담회
