August 25th, 2024 JCM Letter to Parents

Dear JCM Parents,
This week’s lesson will be about one of the things we need to do for God’s work: being slow to anger. In the same way fire is a danger to us when it cannot be controlled, so too it is with the anger that lies within us. Please also note that this week, we will NOT be having the Bible Study groups after class, and asking parents to pick up their children early: between 1:10-20 pm this Sunday!

Here is what you need to know for tomorrow (2 items)!

1. Bookmark the Bible!
Parents and guardians, we ask you to help get the children to look up and bookmark the bible passage before the JCM Sunday service begins! This Sunday’s lesson will be reading the following verses: James 1:19-21

2. Early end to JCM service
Please note that this week, we will NOT be having Bible Study after service today, and the originally planned Jubilee Corner will be delayed by a week as well. This is so that our ministry will be able to make next year’s VBS even better than before, so we ask for your understanding on the matter!

2024년 8월25일 JCM 부모님 안내문

JCM 부모님께,
이번 주 아이들에게 가르칠 것은 하나님의 일을 위해 우리가 해야 할 일 중 하나인 '분노를 참는 것'입니다. 불이 통제할 수 없을 때 우리에게 위험하듯이, 우리 안에 있는 분노도 마찬가지입니다. 또한 이번 주에는 수업 후 성경공부 모임을 갖지 않으며, 이번 주일 오후 1시 10분에서 20분 사이에 부모님들이 자녀를 데리러 오도록요청할합니다!

내일 꼭 알아주셔야 할 내용은 다음과 같습니다 (총 2개)~

1. 주일말씀 미리 찾기
부모님과 보호자 여러분, JCM 주일 예배가 시작되기 전에 아이들이 성경 구절을 찾아 북마크할 수 있도록 많은 도움을 부탁드립니다! 이번 주일의 말씀은 <야고보서 1:19-21> 입니다!

2. JCM 예배 조기 종료
이번 주에는 오늘 예배 후 성경공부를 하지 않으며, 원래 예정되어 있던 쥬빌리 코너도 한 주 연기됩니다. 이는 내년 VBS를 이전보다 더 잘 준비할 수 있도록 하기 위한 조치이니 많은 양해 부탁드립니다!
