April 20th, 2025 JCM Letter to Parents

Dear JCM Parents,
In the days leading up to Easter, we are led to remember that Easter is a reminder of the greatness of God’s love for us in the salvation that he gave us through Jesus. This Easter, the children will learn that this gift of love, of salvation, is given to all, and we are given the choice to accept the gift and live a life for Jesus, or we can continue to live a rotten life with no hope. Jesus gives us a fresh start to be born again!

Here is what you need to know for this Sunday (2 items)~
1. Bookmark the Bible!
Parents and guardians, we ask you to help the children prepare for JCM by bookmarking the Bible passage we will read this week! For this Sunday’s service, we will read Matthew 26:14-16; Luke 23:39-43!

2. JCM Outdoor Easter Event (with some changes)!
Previously, JCM planned to have its Easter Service at the Montmarte Park, Out of consideration for the safety of the children and other factors, some changes have been made for the Easter service, which will still be held outdoors!

CHANGES
Location: Montmarte Park > Flower Village 1 Small Park (right outside the church)
Time: No change, still at 9:30 AM
Pickup: Church Square > JCM Hall (as usual)

We are also looking for parent volunteers to help care for the children on this special day, if you are willing and available to help, please join our preparations at 9 AM this Sunday!

2025년 4월20일 JCM 부모님 안내문

JCM 부모님께,
부활절을 앞두고 우리는 부활절이 예수님을 통해 우리에게 주신 구원에서 우리를 향한 하나님의 사랑의 위대함을 상기시키는 날이라는 것을 기억하게 됩니다. 이번 부활절에 아이들은 이 사랑의 선물, 구원의 선물은 모든 사람에게 주어지며, 우리는 그 선물을 받아들이고 예수님을 위한 삶을 살 것인지 아니면 희망 없이 썩어가는 삶을 계속 살 것인지 선택할 수 있다는 것을 배우게 될 것입니다. 예수님은 우리에게 다시 태어날 수 있는 새로운 시작을 주십니다!

이번 주일에 알아야 할 내용은 다음과 같습니다 (총2개)~
1. 주일말씀 미리 찾기
부모님과 보호자 여러분, 이번 주에 읽을 성경 구절을 북마크해서 아이들이 JCM을 준비할 수 있도록 도와주세요! 이번 주일 예배에서는 <마태복음 26:14-16과 누가복음 23:39-43> 읽을 것입니다!

2. JCM 야외 부활절 행사!
이전에는 몽마르뜨 공원에서 부활절 예배를 진행할 계획이었으나, 어린이들의 안전 및 기타 요인들을 고려하여 부활절 예배를 야외에서 진행할 수 있도록 일부 변경되었습니다!

변경 사항
위치: 몽마르뜨 공원 > 꽃마을 1 소공원 (교회 바로 앞)
시간: 변경 없음, 여전히 오전 9시 30분
픽업: 교회 광장 > JCM 홀 (평소와 동일)

또한 이 특별한 날에 아이들을 돌보는 데 도움을 줄 학부모 자원봉사자를 모집하고 있으니, 기꺼이 도와줄 수 있는 분이 있다면 이번 주일 오전 9시에 준비에 참여해 주세요!
