Mission Statement

Jubilee Children’s Ministry is for English Speaking Children from Kinder through Grade 5 at Sarang Church. We aim to serve the Global Korean children of Sarang Church who have lived abroad, are multi-cultural, the children of expatriate families, and who are most comfortable worshipping in English.
Our mission is to raise up the next generation of English speaking Disciples of Christ who have a deeply rooted love of Christ, rich knowledge of the Gospel of what God has done for the world through Christ and who celebrate new life of Salvation in Christ.

Ministry Focus

JCM’s Mission is to train each child to be a disciple of Christ. He or she is taught about Salvation in Christ and to know Christ as their Savior and Lord, to grow in knowledge and love of God as revealed in His Word, in order to be a witness for Jesus Christ in Seoul, Korea, and to the ends of the earth for the next generation.


1) To share the Gospel of Jesus Christ to bring salvation: I am not ashamed of the Gospel because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes, first for the Jews, then for the Gentiles. (Romans 1:6)

2) To experience the joy of knowing Jesus Christ and abiding in Him: I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. (John 15:11)

3) To grow in the full knowledge of Jesus Christ: Until we reach all unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.” (Ephesians 4:13)

4) To be witnesses for Jesus Christ around the world: But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)
